To keep from gaining weight in school, you will need to either minimize or avoid the temptation to eat high-calorie fast food meals on the run. In addition, adopt some kind of exercise regimen at least three times per week for weight control.
Also, pack healthy nutrient-dense snacks such as fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, trail mix, yogurt, string cheese, egg whites, and lean cold cuts. Keeping these things in your book bag will ensure you'll never raid the vending machine for junk foods and sugary soda.

I am a caffeine addict!! Coke and 5 hr energys for me!! I also run regularly. Even during school. I have lost 8lbs in the last 2 months with running and controlling portion size. I cut my portions in half. I know most people won't agree with me on the 5 hour but it helps keep my appetite in check also.

Caffeine addict as well ?
Instead of coffee, get caffeine supplements. Coffee stains your teeth and will result in weight gain if you add a lot of sugar. Stay active whether it's going for.
Whether you go for a walk or playing a sport and I'm sorry for the multiple replies, I'm not going to try to explain. Anyway, I agree, good snacks, ALMONDS, nuts in general and milk!!!

thank you :)
I am a hardcore coffee addict. Coffee is what keeps me awake and alert while burning that midnight oil.To keep from gaining weight in school, you will need to either minimize or avoid the temptation to eat high-calorie fast food meals on the run. great advice, so going to the gym and still doing well in nursing school is obtainable?

Be cautious about too much caffeine, as this can lead to tachycardia, anxiety, sleeplessness, and even anxiety attacks if overdone.
id suggest NOT using caffeine supplements because they are oh so easy to take too much of.
exercise, diet, knowing your limits, all every important.
