Weatherford College LVN Program Fall 2015

Published

Hello...I am going to be applying for the LVN program.....I just learned of the point system.....Can someone please tell me what is the least amount of points someone has been accepted with?

just checked my mail box!!!! I got in!!! let me know who else did.

Congratulations!

HI everyone! This is my first time posting on allnurses, but I've been lurking and learning for years on here. I just got my acceptance letter into the fall program. It says that they have to hear back from you by May 14th if you're accepting the spot or not. So everyone should have their letter this week, I am thinking.

I look forward to getting to know everyone and can't wait to get started :)

I got accepted to ADN program! so I will be declining LVN spot, so maybe alternate can fill it. Good luck everyone!

Hey everyone I got my letter today! I got alternate. Which I expected. But either way I'm excited!

Congratulations! I got alternate too. KL said they went from 7 to 2 points for alternates this application period. They used all alternates the last two semesters so there is hope!

is anyone else having trouble with the check list???

is anyone else having trouble with the check list???

What problems are you having? It's confusing, but I think I got it figured out.

Whiteluna,

do i just sign up for the finger printinfg and pay there??? i know they do the drug testing on the 30th of Jan. Also i have had a child TDAP but im curious if i need an adult... that one is a tammy white or karen long question... But yah. are those the only 3 things we need. because i dont want to go to orientation and they tell me i forgot something.

I just did the fingerprint yesterday. You can pay for it online and set up an appt online. I went to right track in WF and it only took like 3 minutes

Is anyone planning on working while in school?

i am planning on working full time while in the program... a friend of mine is doing it where i work. An assisted living facility where they give you Two Doubles on saturday and sunday. So 32 hours in two days plus the fact that you're working a double weekend its automatically 40 hours. :)

im going to do the finger printing and pay the drug testing next week.
