Good Day Everyone,
I am going to take the pre test on July 21st at BOCES Wayne-Finger Lakes in Newark, NY, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I should be studying. I live in Rochester, NY and hopefully will be attending Monroe Community Hospital here in Rochester to take classes. I really would like to get a heads up, and maybe a site suggestion or two, to help me prepare. I am really nervous as I haven't been in a class room in a very long time. Being a LPN has always been a dream of mine.

Hi...
Didn't the school send you a booklet of information? There is a web site for ATI. Go to http://www.atitesting.com. There is also a review booklet you can buy from them for $35.00. Its called TEAS. You need to study the math portion the most. Find a math program like http://www.math.com
Fraction, proportions, algebra, word problems, Spelling, Reading, Science & English.
Good luck

I took the exam in '04 and did very well despite being out of school for 20+ years. I now work at MCH as a LPN. If its not to late..email me at [email protected] and I'll send the you the study guide that I bought. It is really good to study the Math and English part of the exam. If I don't here from you..good luck.
