Wanted to see who else is going to Watts (Mt Olive) starting in June. I just got my acceptance letter today! Wondering who my fellow classmates will be!

i finally got the call from dr. c. meeting with her on monday. i am so looking forward to getting started!

so, where is everyone from? i am in apex.

is there really a plan to meet before classes begin? i would love that...

Potluck! Location can be midpoint to everyone once we know who wants in. Since kids will be involved, we should do late morning, hang out, have lunch and people can call it a day at any point after that. Chocolate ensure on the rocks for me!!

MrsFlorence, everyone has a past and I can't imagine they would deny you just based on that without weighing in your other credits!

I guess your right. It's just that there is so much competition the smallest thing could hurt you I would imagine; but I'm still thinking POSITIVE!

I work in Apex and I give you sooo much respect for being able to tolerate such a small town. Then again, I'm originally from NJ so I don't I'll ever get used to this "southern setting". Maybe I should have relocated to Charlotte....LOL

I will be living in Cary for 1 year so we can decide where we want to plan our seeds.

AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!! I still haven't heard anything. The waiting is killing me. I live at the bottom of Cary, where Cary, Apex, and Holly Springs all come together. The "small town" comment was too funny. Raleigh is the largest suburb without a city. But I do like it... a little slow at times but that's ok. Has anyone heard if the June class is full yet?

red- when i talked to the advisor last month i heard it wasn't... but who knows how many spots were available...

Raleigh is a city for those who don't want to live in a city... I grew up in a town of 40 people on the coast and Raleigh is a metropolis! lol...

talking to my husband tonight about summer plans and it seems that all the fun stuff happens on tuesdays or thursdays. anyone know what the schedule will be? will it be dependent on the credits that transfer? i am so excited to meet dr. c on monday- perhaps all my questions will be answered then...

jamma- first semester tuesday and thursday nights... of course you might not be involved based on previous credits...

classes are 5 weeks long... orientation 24th of may, 1st class on the 29th!!!

jamma- i have to admit i was working on a project in NY and became addicted to hoagies...

My orientation is on the 23rd and my first day is the 31st. I wonder why the difference.
