Watts Acceptance! :)

U.S.A. North Carolina

It came! It's been a long road to get to this point BUT today in the mail was that bright shiny letter....

YOU'VE BEEN ACCEPTED! I will start with Mt Olive June 2010 :)

Anyone else starting then?

I haven't heard anything about shoes/stethoscopes/use of a PDA. The only thing I know that they require are watches with a sweeping second hand! I'm guessing we will have an orientation closer to our start date and hopefully they will give us more information then!

CONGRATS TO YOU!!!!! What wonderful news! I am curious, how long did it take from the time you submitted all your application materials to the time you got your acceptance letter?

Laurie - it doesn't take too long at all. I submitted all of my application materials, and then heard back about 2 or 3 weeks later - so not long at all. Good luck!!!

Hi ladies - Glad to hear that there are some fellow classmates out there :) Sorry for not posting in soooo long, I dont get emails when someone posts?

Congratulations to all of you who also got in for June 10'...looking forward to meeting you!

Since we have to go through and PASS Mt. Olives programs...I don't think Watts shares anything until your "theirs"...JMO

I was just wondering, have they sent you a list of things you're required to have for classes? Do they require certain shoes/stethoscope, do they encourage or discourage the use of a PDA?

Thank You!

Hang in there! When did you finish your application process?

nope, but....... CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I saw your post wanted to ask you if the pre-admissions test anything like the sample test they have on the website I have just finished up with my CMA degree about 6 months ago and there are NO JOBS so I decided that I would try Watts. I got the recommended book but all I am seeing is that the time limit is the bummer:down: Are the Antonyms as crazy as they are in the book? Any advice you could give me would be GREAT! and congrats!:lol2:

I took the test in December. It's very much like the sample. The time goes very quickly. It was the first time in my life that I didn't finish all the questions on a standardized test. I scored really well on both sections despite that fact, though. If you're scoring well within the alloted time in the practice book, I wouldn't sweat it too much.

Hi!

I'm a recent high school graduate and was wondering if any of you know if there are other younger kids that get into Watts? I've gone to two open house/orientations and it's usually people in their 30s or up with the occasional high school grad. I feel like I'll be the baby of the class, so i'm very nervous about that :(
