Want to be a psych nurse in pittsburgh pa, don't know where to start...

I've been out of the workfield for quite some time, and was hoping to get some kind of help on all nurses as to how to go about the whole job seeking process. I'm an RN as of today and hope to work in the psychiatric field of nursing and was hoping for ANY information, comments or criticism about the whole subject in general.

WPAHS will be moving all of the psychiatric nursing services at Allegheny General to AKMC in Natrona, and Forbes in Monroeville. There will be quite a few openings for psych nurses.
