LMHS is the biggest health provider in the area and the one you will have to deal with if you move to Cape Coral. They own/operate a bunch of facilities in the area and the four main hospitals. You can also look at Naples, but a bit of a drive from Cape Coral, unless you don't mind the commute.
Apart from LMHS is there any other hospitals which are not under LMHS? Are they hiring now
There is Lehigh Regional, http://www.lehighregional.com/default.aspx, which is a little hospital. They divert their more serious cases to other hospitals. Not sure what all else is available right now.
Maybe doing a visit to the area and looking around might give you a better idea of what is available. I know that some hospitals will pay you to move if you fit their needs, but not sure who is actively hiring right now. There also seem to be a lot of smaller clinics and a regional oncology clinic in the area.

Been told jobs are scarce in that general area.
Good luck!
