  1. american mobile is not the best company to go with, in the long run they will screw you out of some pay, be it housing, if you miss a shift you pay it back, just look around there are better companies out there.
  2. do not work at nch, that hospital sucks!!!! Nurses are rude, management rude, nobody helps, no teamwork, doctors rude, you are better off going to another city to work like tampa!!!!
  3. NCH nurses are rude, mean, disrespectful, and in need of attitude ajustmnets!!!!
  4. stay away from gainesville and naples those two are by far the worst place in florida to work in besides for any HCA hospitals...if you're a nurse just plain stay away from florida!!!
  5. dont relocate, jobs are bad here, stay where you are, we are the worst with unemployment. im leaving end of month.
  6. stay away from gainesville, esp hca on newberry ots poorly run, nurses pt ratio on tele is 12:1, med surg is 16:1, shands is no better and pay sucks medsurg is 8-10:1, tele 6-8:1, l&D you have to know someone to get in there, i used to work at munroe back in 2000-2005 when i was in traumatic car accident and was out for 1 year recouping i loved it there. i was on icu stepdown, great pay and clinical ladder back then. hope it helps
  7. stay away from naples communitym hospital they are the worst to work for, staff are rude, management rude, pay sucks, you get called off all the time, find some place else to work!!!!!
  8. dont go there, the hospitals are bad, the staff are rude and you get floated all the time, not worth the agrevation
