    Hello fellow nurses =) I have 2 years Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (Telemetry/Step Down) and have 1 year experience in Neurovascular Stepdown. I am going to start my first traveling assignment with American Mobile for Kaiser in Modesto, CA. I would appreciate it if you guys can give me some advice, recommendations, and suggestions. This is what they offered me: Position: Registered Nurse Shift: 12 Hour Nights Minimum Required Hours: 36 Regular Rate: $28.39 On Call Rate: $4.00 Call Back Rate: $28.39 Holiday Rate: $42.59 Per Diem Rate: $35.00/day Missed Shift Adjustment: $18.00/hr Subsidy: $2100.00 monthly, calculated as a per-day amount, paid in each pay check. PLEASE GIVE SOME INPUT ASAP BEFORE I SIGN THE CONTRACT ^_^ THANKS FOLKS!
