Hi! I am registered to start the FNP program at Walden University in February 2017. I have read some mixed reviews. Just wondering if anyone has RECENTLY attended this program and what their thoughts are. Any guidance would be great. I am planning on attending fulltime, which I am told is taking two courses at a time until clinicals start. Thanks!

Forbes Welcome
This school is expensive. Will loan you up. There are much better options other than the for-profit route. Walden is for-profit not you.
Business model very similar to failed ITT TECH and Corinthian.
Look into their help with preceptors, I bet it doesn't exist.
Do not sign an arbitration agreement upon condition of enrollment. You will be signing away your rights. (most for-profits require this but not reputable schools)
The net is replete with articles about this place that do not paint a pretty picture.
Sure they make it easy to attend but remember the spider to the fly adage.
Look into other much more reputable options. These folks will tell you anything to make their matrix recruitment numbers.
Remember they are marketeers more than anything else and you are the prey.
But if you're set on attending...I tried.
