Wake Tech Spring 2017 Start

Anyone submitting an application to the nursing program at WTCC this upcoming July for spring 2017? Wanted to connect with others who may be in my shoes. I'm still working on some prerequisites (TEAS and CNA) but hope to finish them up by May. I will be transferring most of my prerequisites in from another school.

Congrats WSMom!!!! I just completed my background check also!! I hope that I'm in the top 5 or 10! I'm only 6 points shy the requirement!! I will be stressing all over again until orientation. I've already lost 10 lbs from stressing and waiting..ugh!! At this point, I'm just grateful that I wasn't denied entry. Hopefully, students don't show up and or decline so I can slide right on in!

Oh no! don't get sick. Health is more important than anything. Just believe and have faith. You can also ask BW about your status weekly. I think that's what the students on the alternate list did. Some students email to decline the seats. That means, you move from your spot too.

I wish that I could find some information about verified credentials. Has anyone stumbled upon any useful information? I wouldn't mind knowing a little more about it before orientation.

Hi ladies, just to clarify... the only thing students need to complete before orientation is the background check and emailing the front and back page of that agreement to Ms. Smith? All other requirements we learn about on 10/6? Just want to make sure I don't miss anything :)

Hey! Yes, as far as I know, that's it! I just looked at Fall 2016 NUR 111 sections and they both look full except 1 spot for section 4302. So they accepted 97 students for Fall?? Is that right?

I was told by advising over the summer they accepted 61 students for fall 2016 so I'm not sure.

Ok. Was that after EmilyNilcole and Aperegoy were accepted? I also looked at Spring 2016 and it looks like there were 6 more spots for 4301 and 12 more spots for 4302. Hmmmm:wideyed: I'm just hoping and praying I get a call or email before orientation.

Has anybody else received their letter?? How are you guys holding up?

I just checked Webadvisor again and it looks so different still! I don't even see where student would accept or decline their financial aid anymore. So weird!
