Waitlisted...

Anyone else waitlisted? It seems like I'm the only one. If you are, what school? Has anyone been waitlisted and still got accepted for the same semester? As if the initial waiting for the letter wasn't bad enough, now they want me to wait for who knows how long! The stress is unbelieveable! (By the way- I'm waitlisted at TWU -Dallas, still waiting on TCU though!)

You're not alone I promise. I was place on the alternate list after being accepted, because I withdrew from a class during the semester that was used to calculate my points for acceptance. So they placed me on the alternate list.

I was waitlisted for the Spring semester at TCC so I know how you feel. I didn't end up getting in but the nursing office said that I was "near the bottom" of the list. Good luck to you though!!!

I was waitlisted at UTA and not accepted, but the next semester I was included into the new group and waitlisted again. A couple days before orientation I was called. I was only a semester behind of the semester I intially applied for. I will be graduating in May so if you really want it, a way will be made for you. I will tell you it was very difficult, and I was ready to give up many days. Stay positive and stay prayed up. Remember God's time is not always our time. Good luck!!!

I was waitlisted by one school and got a call saying a spot had opened up about two weeks later. I decided to accept then called my other school to give up my spot, so that means someone else got to move up at that school too. Most people apply to multiple schools so you never know :)
