75 and waiting

Published

Can't sleep, can't eat and I am a psych nurse RNAPP for a month. Took it today at 2, cut off at 75. My wife said I looked right through her when I left the building..............................blah

trumpetg how u doing? i did not see my name on BRN website yet... i don't know how long we have to wait or if there is other ways to find out. i am worried and felt like crying because most of the people's name apper after 2 days from the day they took the test.

BRN means CA. Average time to wait for results is ten days, earliest is three days. Can be up to a month as well also, if they did not receive your transcripts from your school, or issue with fingerprints, etc. It means nothing as to how you did on the exam. No one ever gets results in two days in CA, just is not going to happen.

In CA, they will permit a graduate of a CA program to write the NCLEX-RN exam before they have received the transcripts from the school, provided that your name was on the list that was sent by the school to the BRN.

You must have a completed file before you will be issued a license and all files are handled by humans, it is not computerized.

Best of luck to you.

yes, we have an experience with ca bon. my friend who waited for 10 agonizing weeks finally found out that she passed.. after calling the board for the th time and informing her that she has a problem with her fingerprint card and her signature...:sniff:

so just hang on and be patient... it will just come anyway:chuckle
