Hello!
I'm a recent grad from an out-of-state school. I just got my BSN in the beginning of May and applied for the CA RN license by examination in mid-March. I haven't received my ATT yet and I'm starting to get anxious! I know some grads from local CA nursing schools have already received their ATT weeks ago.
If you could share with me about your timeline that would be great! Anyone in the same boat as me?
Thanks!!
I applied with Breeze on April 27 and paid all fees including Pearson Vue and I have not yet received my ATT. I graduated on June 2nd. I called the board today and she said that they are processing March application and my chances on getting ATT prior to Aug 22 is very unlikely. I verified with her that the board received my fingerprints but said she doesn't have access to my entire file and can't tell me if the school sent proof of completion of RN program. I got accepted to CSULA (RN-BSN) and They will not let me start if I don't have my Licence. Any suggestion what I can do to speed up the process?
Hi kellyl1000, I'm sorry to hear about your situation! It must be really hard to stay calm when your school is dependent on your license. I honestly don't know how to speed up the process with the Boards. All I can recommend is to maybe talk to them in-person in Sacramento, write to your local government official, or submit a suggestion using the link from previous comments. I wish I could help you! But I'm also in this period of waiting. Wish you the best of luck.
