Wagner second degree Fall 2017

I'm posting this for everyone who is applying to Wagner's second degree nursing program for Fall 2017. Just wanted to know how many have applied, gone through interviews etc?

@jen11222 is she in the 15 month program?

@sashaj017 - yes, she is. Will graduate this December '17

Did anybody hear any good news or hear what is the next step that has to be taken for the program.

What was the time span between interview and hearing back?

I had my interview on 4/5.

I know last week was Spring break - trying not to be anxious!

@jen11222 I had my interview march 2 and my acceptance letter April 5 so that is good all the seats are not filled up yet.. after this week you should get a decision. Well good luck to you.. I hope to see you!

Anyone heard back this week?

I interviewed April 3rd and passed the teas on the 13th. I'm now super nervous reading that someone interviewed on the 2nd and received a letter three days letter.

Did you have your teas scores when you interviewed?

Yes, I pretty much have everything all set. I'm currently in APII and registered for Micro for first summer session. This is killing me!

@ TG2017 I had everything my prerequisite gpa was more competitive than my undergrad gpa but I had everything complete when I applied Teas score was Proficient and my acceptance letter came three weeks later.

The fact that I applied kind of late has me nervous. My gpa is high an my prerequisites are even higher. I scored an 84 on the teas but recommendation letters were pretty dry. I just hope I don't get wait listed because I applied so late. I've been anxiously checking the mail box everyday. Hopefully soon I'll know.

Well maybe I sent everything and applied in December so I don't know if that is the case. But I am sure you will get in just remain positive. A lot of people give up their seat because Wagner is expensive. I was almost tempted because the loan amounts are high. But this is going to be my future.
