Quick question for those of you who have taken the HESI A2. Does the vocab section only contain medical words? Or is it also general vocabulary knowledge? Is there some resource out there that I could use to prepare for this section?

Vocab contained mainly medical, but there were other words too. The very best resource I had found for HESI was from Mometrix. It is availible online and worth it's weight in gold. ( much better that the study guide the school offered) Good luck!
Cool, thanks. I just downloaded the study guide; it looks like it'll be really useful.
