Hi! I'm an NCLEX (Texas and Endorsed to Florida) and IELTS passer and I already have 1 year experience in Critical Care. My aunt's friend is willing to hire me and sponsor my HB1 (EB3 in the future) Visa so I could work in the hospital where she's working. I'm wondering if we could apply for the HB1 visa while I'm processing my VisaScreen? It would save so much time if we could. I'm in a hurry to leave because the cost of living and medical expenses of my family are getting bigger. Hope someone can answer my question or give advise on what i should do. Thank you ðŸ˜

I am really surprised that a hospital is willing to go the H1b route... saying that are they affiliated with a university? Otherwise the cap has been met for this year and applications can not be submitted until April 2017 for Oct 2017 start if lucky to get one. If they are not affected by the cap then once you have vsc the application should be smooth
You can start the vsc application now

I don't see where she said a Hospital or a company was going to file for the visa, I think she said her aunt's friend.
You will need to go thru like hospital or similar and they will have to prove they can't find US workers to do your job, which more than likely unless they lie ain't going to happen.
I have a business in USA and I am also willing to sponsor/hire HB1 or any other work visa, but the deal is USCIS would just take my application money and never approve that type of Visa.
Just because you have a friend or relative to sponsor / hire doesn't mean anything. I suggest you study up on work visas on USCIS (This is where all visas application done in USA for purpose of immigtation) Homepage | USCIS
So there's very little chance of me getting either Hb1 pr EB3 visa? í ½í¸” What if i get apply to an agency that send nurses in US? Would that be easier and faster route than my aunt's friend hiring and sponsoring me?
Nursing agencies come under the same time frame for EB3 as any other employer, process doesn't go faster. If your Aunt's hospital is willing to go the H1 b route then they need to discuss with their lawyers the possibility of success
Thank you very much! May i know if you know someone who took the EB3 route and how long did they wait for them to leave the country? I just want have an insight so i could have back up plans in case i need to wait for year before i could go to US.
All depends on place of birth. If from the Philippines currently you have a 6 year wait, if from India you have a 11 year wait. This is from the current visa bulletin Visa Bulletin For September 2
I still don't see "Aunt's Hospital" It just her aunts friend. From my personal experience I have been asked numerous times about sponsoring people from Philippines to come to USA for work. They tend not to understand the work visa process and think if they can find someone to apply for a work visa / sponsorship then they can go to that country and work.
I have known a few girls who went to Singapore and Dubai and once they get there they look for work and then get a work visa. I suspect they think it's works the same for USA, which it clearly does not.
Have you looked into IT work, I know in my area they are bringing in IT workers all the time. I not familiar with that field, but you can do some research and see if that may be an option.

EB3 route is pretty hard to get as now a days there is almost a 3:1 ration of applicants to accepted applicants. There is a lottery every year and it is getting harder and harder every year.
I read that priority dates leaped 10 months ahead for the last 2 months. If this will be the consistent move, i think i can manage to go to ireland while waiting for my EB-3 visa. Thanks everyone for reaponding!
