Hello! Can someone walk me thru in filling out my application from cgfns visa screen. Regarding on verification of license in California, texas and Illinois.
1. I passed my nclex in January 2010. I have no ssn so basically I don't have a license number, yet. In filling out this form. What should I Put in license issued and license expired when I don't have a license number? When I only have is the letter from Cali BON that i passed my Nclex? I spoke to one of the representative of CABON HE told me that I don't have to put anything like license number, issued date and my status because I dont have license number. However, when i was about to make a payment it didnt go thru. HELLLLLLP.
2. How long does it take the verifcation from texas and illinois because this is the only requirements i needed for my immigration. RFe. Please help.. I mihht lose the chance..
nclex originally from Ca, endorsed to Texas. all my reqts are received and reviewed except for "passed nclex"
veri of lic from texas received but not yet reviewed, i ask them how long does it take to review the papers, they answered that they are still waiting for passed nclex results.
my friends who also endorsed nclex to Illinois did thesame thing as me (they didnt ask california to send the nclex results to cgfns) but their visascreen is now approved.
any advice on this?
another thing, last nov I send veri of lic form to California and asked them to give me copy of the result. sent them 70usd. and asked them to send form to cgfns, what they did was send the unaccomplished form to texas but texas sent it back to me.
If you are the main applicant then visa screen is required for immigrant or work visa
If one has a course-by-course evaluation from an evaluation agency (evaluated foreign BSN degree), can a copy of the transcript be sent directly from the evaluator to cgfns for visa screen? Or must the transcript come directly from the BSN school? Thank you

I passed NCLEX-RN California in 2013. recently I have applied for Visa screen, they request to verify my NCLEX results directly by Board. My question how can I request from the board to sent my results directly to CGFNS, is there any specific form, fees, and if yes how I can get these form.
first of all, try to contact your board by email or by phone and ask about the process
for me, my board was CA I sent a letter asking them to send my NCLEX passing letter directly to CGFNS, you need to include your details in the letter as full name, file number, date of birth and date of the exam. also the board should send the letter directly to CGFNS with your CGFNS ID#.
on top of that, don't forget to send bank cheque with the required amount according to your board
Please help me friend, how does this passing letter look like? What is it? They have already sent the license verification to cgfns but cgfns needs passing letter. What does this mean? My board has no idea about it.
it is a letter from the board informing that you passed the exam, no specific form for this letter, all you need is the board send a letter to cgfns informing them that you passed the exam with the date of examination
