visa screen

hey everyone,

i don't know if i came to the right forum. i'm james rn currently working in the united arab emirates. i'd like to address this question: i'm an applicant for the nclex-rn and plans to take the test in sept 2007. now, i'm an ielts certified and i was told of its validity (2 years). it'll expire on november 2007. i'd like to apply for the US visa screen, but i don't know where and how.

can somebody advise me what to do. i'll appreciate if you could help me with this. thanks in advance.

As mentioned CGFNS is the starting point, best to apply once you pass NCLEX as account is valid only for 12 months. Do a search on here plenty on the subject

I may suggest you to read the stiky on working in the USA by Suzzane. It does have lots of good information to work in USA.

You are going to need to retake the English exams, there is no way that a state will get the results to ICHP in the two month time and your Certificate be issued by then. None of the areas work that fast, that is for sure.

If you were taking the exam in May or June, then you have a shot at it, but September with November expiration, just is not going to work that way.
