VISA SCREEN Request for license verification

Hello fellow nurses. i am johnny ferniz from bohol, i have passes all exam(NLE, NCLEX, IELTS) required for my visascreen application. I have a little problem here regarding my visa screen application. i have finished sending my "visascreen request for license verification" which is my local license from the PRC. Now, i need to send another "visascreen request for license verification" to California (which i passed my NCLEX) to verify my license. however, i haven't sent my SSN. For me to finish my visa screen application, should is directly send my "visascreen request for license verification" to California BON without giving them my SSN or should I apply for reciprocity to another state to for them to give me a license where I can send them a "visascreen request for license verification" in which they can verify my as a licensed nurse.

Texas should be OK as all you need is confirmation you passed NCLEX

Texas alone is sufficient enough? Silverdragon102 what do you mean when said confirmation you passed NCLEX is needed?

You do not need a license or have passed NCLEX for any particular state for vsc. If you have taken NCLEX for CA BRN then all you need is to fill out form on their website, pay small fee and CA will confirm with CGFNS that you passed NCLEX. The same would be if meeting requirements and passed NCLEX with Vermont, Arizona etc

Do I still need verification from CA BRN even when I already have a TX license?

I have two - Texas and Philippines. I passed the NCLEX CA BRN in 2010. Then endorsed it to Texas where I got my license in 2013.

Should I still request for validation of license to BON Ca? I never got a license from them. I just passed the NCLEX. I don't have any license number to put online and it won't allow me to leave it balnk. Also, there's a portion that will ask me to select active, expired, inactive, restricted and suspended. I don't know what to choose among those.

I believe that TX will be all you need. All you need is confirmation that you passed NCLEX

Looked at VSC on CGFNS. All they ask for a licenses so if CA did not issue you with a license then you do not need to declare it

i sent texas and california the verification of lic form, but california sent it to texas and texas sent it back to me.. soo i guess it's because i already endorsed my nclex results to texas...

3 mos later, cgfns received and has reviewed my papers.. suddenly an additional reqt appeared and its License verification of California"

and now im guessing i have to send california another bank draft together with the verification of lic form.

Kindly let me know how much (bank draft) you would need to send Ca and what forms should be attached? I seriously thought I won't need that anymore because I never got a license in California and there's no form to print in my CGFNS visa screen acct. But since you said that yours suddenly had the BON CA reqt, I guess that would happen to me in the future. When did this happen?

Hi Guys! I need your help. I am applying for VSC. I passed my NCLEX in the State of Vermont but I endorsed it to TEXAS. My question is do I still need to send the Request for verification of license in Vermont or in Texas? Thank you
