Hello nurses. I have visa screen certificate but do not have a state license. I wonder if I still can get a license? and which US state will give me one? Thanks

Just so you know your NCLEX hasn't expired it is just your application to register

good day may i ask if i still need a visa screen certificate even though i already have my ssn? would i still need this to look for a job in the usa, currently im working as a nurse in one of the us territories and have already issued me my ssn though i want to move to the mainland. thanks

if a visa is required then yes you need vsc

If employment based visa is needed then you need VSC.
