Just wondering if anyone applied for Villanova DNP/CRNA program to start 2022 and has heard back about interviewing?

Does it say that orientation is on January 20th 2021 and that classes begin on January 25th? Sorry for all the questions! Wanna make sure I’m getting the right info because I am a little confused by it. I haven’t sent in my acceptance and deposit yet.

I believe so. As long as there is enough time to offer, they will try to fill all the spots prior to matriculation. I was hoping for that too since I’m 2023 right now.

Does anyone know what distance learning is?
Distance learning is just the online (not in person) classes they offer prior to starting your cohort. And they also mentioned some classes will be online when you start in January as well.

Do you know if all classes offered in January will be online?! The schedule is not clear and some say “hybrid.”
Also, is anyone gonna be taking classes prior to starting Jan 2022 while still working full time? I have not had this experience before so not sure if I should take that chance.
My check hasn’t been deposited yet either. My orientation for 2023 is scheduled is virtual but says august 2021 which seems way too early so I’m wondering if my date is also incorrect.
it also said to contact them in late July 2021 to register for classes I want to take prior to 2023.
I’m planning on working full time during that time since it will be about 1 class a semester if everything works out with timing before I start.
As for the hybrid and working during the cohort, they did say at the info session on interview day that we technically do not need to relocate back to the area until august following our start in January because a major of the classes at that time are online and manageable working at least part time which is nice

I'm guessing they will decide about next January down the road. A lot of nursing classes through FCON have gone online that are normally in person. I took research in the fall, and am taking advanced Pharm this Spring. I work full time and plan to take adv. patho this coming fall. I'll start full time in Jan 22.

How was the research class? I was thinking about taking both research and pharm this Spring but wasn’t sure if it was doable working full time or if I should look into going part time. I was originally 2023, and they just bumped me to 2022 and everything is happening so quickly with classes starting so soon so just trying to figure it out! I appreciate all the feedback!!

Just curious...did you express interest in 2022 and get bumped from 2023? Or did they reach out to you randomly?
