am very new to thz forum.i took NCLEX in 2007 and failed then i tried to write NCLEX IN 2008(MARCH) SO I SENT THE RE-TAKE NCLEX FORM WITH 30$,but i did not got any conformation and i left my feelings to become RN nurse,now i feel i must clear thz exam and should become RN,i sent email to Vermont board,(even i called them but after hanging for long time also i was not able to talk to authorized person who can really guide me),and so i did not get any conformation from them, i eagerly want to know whether i need to send the forms from the beginning or is their any other way to write the exam becoz i stated preparing from few month & i thought i can write it any time but i herd like its only 2 yrs validity,so can any one really help with thz board,becoz if possible i feel i want to write ASAP,:confused::confused:

You need to contact the Board. They are the ones who process your request.

thanx but i am not able to contact them ,i called twice they said their is no data for u,so u wait and talk to authorized person so am very worried,if i have to start my forms from A then i want to do it as soon as possible:uhoh3:

Did you pay pearson vue the $200.00 to take the test. I'm not sure if it's different in Vermont but we need to send Application to Pa board along with noterized letter from Dean of school sent directly to Pa. board. After they process your application they send confirmation to pearson vue. You get your ATT from Pearson Vue not the state board. So if you didn't pay PV you won't get an ATT.

thanx but i did not got any conformation to pay to pearsonvue,nor the board is replying,i dont know what to do next,which application did u mean i have to send the application from the beginning to Vermont board.am just toatally confused

Check Vermont BON website, they have a new form and requirements for re-take application. Also send them an email several times, I did that and got a reply, who knows if they didn't received your application due to some circumstances.

:yeah:thanx for the input frds,i called Vermont board they told to send re-take application as well as review course details (can any one tell which will be the cheapest online review course available ) since its two years over,the worst thing is that i need to send one form to my nursing board for verification i don't know how much time it will take.:uhoh3:

to keep your papers running, you need to pay all the fees indicated in the instructions. i submitted and paid all the fees then after 1 month of wait,i am "approved to take the test".

200 for the exam +150 if you will take the test outside US. the numbers are in usdollars.
