Verification of Registration to forward to NNAS

Hi, I'm a licensed nurse in Vermont and I've just started my application in Canada through NNAS and I've yet to send my request for verification of registration to Vermont State. I can't find the address as to where I should submit the form sent to me by the NNAS. There's a specific form for Verification of Registration in Vermont BON but there's nothing indicated there that they will fill up the form for other registration authorities. Has anyone did this already? Please help. Thanks

there is an e-manual that can be downloaded from the NNAS site. just open "apply/login", then scroll down. You should find the link that will redirect you to the e-manual. All instructions are stated in there.
