I'll be starting at VEEB in the Fall and was wondering if there are any current or past VEEB students that can give some info on this program.
What are the Teachers like?
What are the required books?
Is the program as intense as they say?
Do they have articulation agreements with other nursing (RN) programs? If so, with who?
Are there any disadvantages in taking the LPN course outside of a Community College setting?
Do they provide job Placement at the end???
Any information that ANYONE can provide will be GREATLY appreciated! I really want to have a full understanding of what I'm in for. I have 2 year old Twins and I am a little worried about whether or not I'll be able to juggle school/studying and Family!
I finally put down my $2,000 deposit I had it saved up from before but because they took so damn long to send the acceptance letter I slowly started to use the money on other things Well I'm glad I got that behind me. Now I have to wait again for the letter for Orientation I hope to see each and every one of you, even those who didnt receive their accepance letters yet, in September. I will keep my fingers crossed for yall.

Hey everyone. First of all congrats to everyone that has already recieved letters of acceptance into the 2010-11 program. I tested on March 16th, did well and brought my references in and the rest is just waiting and waiting. Anyone else in the same boat. As I posted before, misery loves company, and I'm looking for some company.

Yes, I'm in the same boat. I tested the day after you and I'm STILL waiting. This is soooooo rediculous. I really need to know eventually what to do cause I have a thing called a life, and I feel like VEEB doesnt care about anyones life. This is rediculous!!!!
Well, I FINALLY turned in my $2,000 deposit today n I feel super RELIEVED!! Now starts the waiting process (AGAIN) for the letter concerning orientation and the physical. Lets see how long that takes! SMH
@Glady I have a feeling ur going to get in. They have to be in the process of sending out more acceptances because when I made my deposit today the list of names were only about 2-3 pages long, if that! That cant possibly be 200 people. N e way good luck, n let us know as soon as u hear something.
FINALS ARE DONE!!!! Microbiology and Anat and Phys II see ya!!!! Okay, on to the next order of business.
So I called Veeb today, and the young lady asked for my name and said "You will receive something in the mail this week" I was not told wheather I was accepted or not. But at least I'll know something.
In or not I'll let ya know.....Time to enjoy the summer !!!!!
I just called VEEB myself, and I was not asked to give my name. I was told to be "patient"......like I don't know what that means....give me a break. She said letters have been sent out.....I hope that means acceptance letters. But anyway I have been looking into other schools.....and I think I will try to pursue something in another direction if this doesn't work out for me. I will let everyone know, weather good or bad what my outcome is.
