I'll be starting at VEEB in the Fall and was wondering if there are any current or past VEEB students that can give some info on this program.
What are the Teachers like?
What are the required books?
Is the program as intense as they say?
Do they have articulation agreements with other nursing (RN) programs? If so, with who?
Are there any disadvantages in taking the LPN course outside of a Community College setting?
Do they provide job Placement at the end???
Any information that ANYONE can provide will be GREATLY appreciated! I really want to have a full understanding of what I'm in for. I have 2 year old Twins and I am a little worried about whether or not I'll be able to juggle school/studying and Family!
I totally agree with you changemyworld. Since we are all going crazy waiting for our acceptance letters, wouldn't it be crazy if all 200 people that are suppose to be accepted into the program decided to go with their plab B, and decided NOT to attend VEEB because it took too long......LOL....wow Karma would be a real B$%^H. Then poor little VEEB wouldn't have a class.....LOL.......it's just a thought. Humor makes things a little easier not to think of reality....oh well.....guess we will see how long it will take for everyone to go with their plan B's or C's.
def been giving plan B and C some thought but then again can't even get on with that until the letter comes. Thanks GLady17
Honestly it's crazy bc pol have to get everything together with work and if they have kids that's another added issue to the list. Holding on to this $2000 is really burning a hole in my pocket lol bc there's so many other things needed in my life right now and waiting around for a letter is ridiculous like I could buy the car that is greatly needed right now so I can take up extra hours at work. But I just keep telling myself it will get greater later so I see patience is the key for all of us right now. I hate my job and don't want to b there forever and I'm sure someone else feels the same way it's our education so we gotta do what we gotta do. But by the end of this week if I don't get anything Monday morning I will b calling the school bc I tested in the begining of feb and had my ref letters in the day after I got the letter requesting them. But I honestly think that they will send it around the time the bridge program starts bc they only hold a few seats for them. Let's all just keep our fingers crossed hopefully a majority of us got in they have to let us know pretty soon since school would b starting in about 3 months

speaking of the $2000 deposit, and maybe this is a dumb question, but the deposit must be a money order or certified check? will cash be okay? even better CREDIT? does anyone know a little more about this? Thanks.

WOW!!! Congratulations....that's great....so happy for you. Unfortunately, I didn't get mine today...... I guess I probably didnt get accepted. Oh well. maybe I can try for next year. At least I know what the outcome is. Good luck to everyone else that gets their acceptance letters as well.

LOL Glady17 DONT giveup so quick!!! I called Veeb and they said they just started sending out some Acceptance Letters and are in the process of still checking Ref.'s to send out the rest. The lady said the time frame u recieve a letter depends on if u turned in all ur paper work on time, when u took ur exam and alot of other things. Keep ur head up....im determined for us to be classmates!
thank you so much for the congrats dont worry everyone will be gettin theres soon.so yea well the letter stated that i need to get a background check within seven days online and its $35 this is somethin new. and then i need to bring the cash buy the 20th next thurs.sheshhhhhh im freakin out.
