Hi All,
I'll be starting at VEEB in the Fall and was wondering if there are any current or past VEEB students that can give some info on this program.
What are the Teachers like?
What are the required books?
Is the program as intense as they say?
Do they have articulation agreements with other nursing (RN) programs? If so, with who?
Are there any disadvantages in taking the LPN course outside of a Community College setting?
Do they provide job Placement at the end???
Any information that ANYONE can provide will be GREATLY appreciated! I really want to have a full understanding of what I'm in for. I have 2 year old Twins and I am a little worried about whether or not I'll be able to juggle school/studying and Family!
Just got back from taking my exam and boy o boy am I relieved! LOL I thought it was ok. The only thing I'm slightly worried about is how late my exam date is. They said there are only 200 seats n the program, and there were about 50 people who tested, along with me, today! Anyhow, I can't wait and pray I get an acceptance letter! Good luck to everyone who took or will take the exam!

yeah, I was thinking about that too, but then I considered the testing dates...I dont know if there is any more test dates past your own. And I estimated that I tested with about 50 people as well on Feb. 16...so based on all the confirmed test dates (Feb 9, 16, 23, Mar 2)...if 50 people showed up to each on, there were only about 200 people to test so far...but are there any more test dates in March???
Yeah, I believe so! A few post back someone stated that their exam was on March 3rd. I've also heard some say Feb. 8th, 10th etc.....so I think they test multiply times a week, if not everyday! Oh we can do is wait and see what happens. I called late last week and was told that their still accepting applications (wow).I went to pick up my application early on Feb.4th and got a scheduled test date of March 2nd. Just imagine those who just received their test dates! LOL Anyhow good luck to u Rika, let us know when u receive ur results! :-)
Hey guys! I also took my test today. It was pretty easy can't complain at all! The time limit I believe was not enough time. But think God I found myself done a few minutes before time was up. I am worried about the vocabulary part though...but anyway I can only hope and pray that I did ok and get accepted! I am also worried on how they pick the 200ppl? Because each test date has atleast 45-50 students in them! Ughhhhhhh! Lol I'm scared now. Lol but I wish everyone the best***
I called veeb not too long ago and asked them when will they stop taking people and they told me when they get to 200ppl they will stop, and everyone who comes after they will tell them that they are going to be on a waiting list. I doubt they started doing that yet....because my friend registered last week and her test date is march 8th and they didn't tell her nothing sooooo let's wait and see! Lol!

LOL, most people complain about how short the given time is.. so they think more about the time and it keeps them from focusing on the test. The secret in passing is: try to RELAX, FOCUS ANSWER and ENJOY!
I had so much fun takin' those tests. It seemed like I was back in 7thgrade!haha
