VCC/UCF or SSC/UCF concurrent Fall 2017

Published

Hey All!

I've been searching high and low for any threads for the Valencia/UCF or SeminoleState/UCF concurrent students looking to start in the fall 2017. If any of you are out there, I'd love to hear from you! Maybe to get each other's stats and keep in touch through everything we have to do. Good luck to all in your nursing school endeavors!

So ive seem to encounter some issues regarding my SSC application.

1. Does anyone know if it mattered that i took BSC1010C and not BSC2010? I had taken that class 2 years ago and i literally just read the pre req courses for the application and it lists BSC2010 (previously BSC1010) if anyone has any idea on this let me know!

2. I also looked at my transfer course history on the mySSC, and it does not show any of my sciences posted from my community college i took previously. I took BSC1085/BSC1086 for AnP if anyone took those also, CHM1032 for chem and BSC1010 and none of them are listed. Anyone take those codes even for anatomy or did you guys take something different.

Please let me know thanks guys!

About the first question. I took BSC1010C, I think they just simply changed the course number to BSC2010C.

You'll be fine they're both General Biology I. I took that same chemistry class CHM1032. For A&P I my code was BSC2093C & A&P II 2094C.

As for the transfer courses not showing up I would call them just to make sure.

I emailed them guess their offices are closed on fridays but i will get it checked out really weird its missing from the transfer report anyway someone could check that and see if you guys didnt take your pre reqs from SSC?

Got an email back and all my classes are their and the advisor reviewed them already so im good to go at SSC! Thankfully

on the ucf website, for the VCC application, is everyone all green?? for Valencia I'm still yellow and under review for the prerequisites. they say they are still pending. is anyone else like this???

In atlas I looked at my degree audit, it's saying everything is met for Valencia. But my UCF still has pending verification for the prereqs on their site. It's making me nervous. Not sure why it's taking so long.

Mine is still showing yellow as well, for the ucf part. í ½í¸ž

My VC turned green on the UCF website a couple of days ago but it still says "Under Review" not "eligible" yet! The anticipation is killer! I'm ready to know! Is there somewhere I can check on VC and SSC website I can check the application status?

I haven't been able to find anything about the application on VC's site. I've only been able to locate my audit, so I at least know my prereqs have been met.

Okay, thank you!

My application turned greeeennnn!!!! Am so excited LOL

So not sure if anyone knew but i emailed one of the advisors today and ask a question about whether if you applied to both SSC and VCC, if your accepted into SSC you are not eligible to apply to VCC since i guess UCF makes that choice so guess that weeds out SSC competition because if anyone applied to SSC, we received an email about how many people applied to that program.
