Hi everyone! My name is Tori. I created this page for those interested in the summer 2018 nurse residency program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. The interview lasted about one hour for me. About forty minutes for the behavioral question part and the rest of the interview was for any questions I had for the interviewers.

Have you heard anything from Vandy? I had an interview with them too for cardiac step-down . . . How was your interview? Do you know if there're several openings for cardiac step-down units? . . . don't like waiting games

I interviewed for the cardiac step-down unit last week and Tracey said they would start calling people after April 5th

Hi everyone! I interviewed today for adult acute surgical track, and another girl was there interviewing for cardiac stepdown. I think there's only 1-2 more days of interviews left. Tracey said they'll begin calls next week.

I got put on a waiting list for hire. Did anyone else? I guess my only chance is if someone declines their offer.

I haven't heard yet, interviewed for acute adult surgery. Did they email you about the waitlist or call you? That's still a good sign, you never know what the people who get first offers have going on.
