Vanderbilt NP Direct Entry 2022

Hi everyone! I'm starting to think about my application this fall and thought I would start a forum for any prospective students interested in applying to Vanderbilt direct entry for 2022. 

Rooting for you guys! The allnurses forum for 2021 had people getting updates in their application portal on February 15th. So hopefully around then for 2022.

I applied PMHNP track. Is this anyones number 1 choice for this track? Any other school you’re excited about?

PMHNP is my top too! Vanderbilt is my number 1 choice, but we will see! How about you?

I applied for PMHNP too! The wait is killing me haha.

Also considering Yale, UCSF, and OHSU! Can I ask why Vanderbilt is your first choice?? I love hearing others thought processes LOL

I applied for the pmhnp program too ! 
I also applied to University of Maryland and Hopkins DNP-pmhnp programs . I was accepted to Maryland and had my interview with Hopkins last week . I’m not sure when decisions will come out for Hopkins though. 

Did you apply to any other schools ?

I also applied to the PMHNP program, hoping to get in! This is my top pick, due to having a close friend attend there and really suggest that I attend there (quality education) and it only being a 13 month program. I’d prefer to work my tail off for 1 full year rather than move slower over 2!
