Vanderbilt NP Direct Entry 2022

Hi everyone! I'm starting to think about my application this fall and thought I would start a forum for any prospective students interested in applying to Vanderbilt direct entry for 2022.

Nope, I applied in Jan and nothing yet for post masters.  They said probably early April for late applicants in open house.  Any day now.....

Did you learn anything else about the psych specialty at open house? How many applied, etc? Wonder if there is even a chance for those of us that applied late.

Yes did you hear how many applied/are accepted, I’m curious how small it is… or  did you learn anything interesting from the open house? I had to work that day so I didn’t get to listen in unfortunately.

I applied in February for post-masters PMHNP and found out about 6:00 that I got in!! Good luck to you.

I'm direct entry. Applied before priority deadline and got in. Wasn't sure if applied after the deadline. I didn't get an email just checked the status on the application portal. Hope this helps.

Thanks very much for this info @kimmerse2 I applied beginning of January. I just spoke to someone in admissions and was told my application is in “cue” and another person has to review it. I’m not sure if this is good or bad ? For sure this is the hardest wait I’ve experienced ?

For those that got waitlisted for post-cert PMHNP full-time, did anyone get pulled off the list? or do you know of people who got pulled off? I got waitlisted today and am just curious because it said the list will clear by late July.
