Despite Guliani's terrible PA Federal Court President presentation Wednesday,  Trump’s campaign lawyers asked a federal judge in a new filing Wednesday to consider a drastic new solution in their challenge to Pennsylvania’s election results: Declare the statewide vote “defective” and empower the state’s Republican-controlled legislature to appoint the state’s delegates to the Electoral College.   President Trump trying to get PA Republican legislators to meet on Monday.  Hope Senator Toomey stands up to him since he announced not seeking 2022 re-election.

Do that in enough states - Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, for instance - to pull Trump from his current total of 232 electoral votes past the winning 269-vote mark

Even pulling Biden from 306 votes might work, because then the election would be decided in the House of Representatives, where even though it's controlled by the Democrats, Trump would have an advantage due to some arcane rules

All scenerios seem totally unlikely for Trump to remain in office.  My concern if he can seriously cause doubt or flip even one state he would declare the entire process illegal and continue to cause havoc.

It seems his attempts to sway Michigan by meeting with officials failed. I had wondered why they even went in the first place but apparently it was to pitch Coronavirus relief to their state.

Part of the horror of watching this is that the indoctrination is so obvious and now the radicalization of the mob is becoming more evident.  The Michigan kidnapping plot was an example.  Those good ol boys attended multiple anti-mask type rallies in the weeks before their arrests...that's where their crazy thinking was supported, encouraged and celebrated. Some of them are eager to commit violence for Trump's cause

Buckle up.  Despots don't concede.
