I recently submitted my Nursing, Traditional application on May 11th! I have met all the requirements for the program for the past 2 years! However, I decided to hold off until my daughter started kindergarten. (I also have a two year old EEK!) I am so excited to hear back already!
For previous applicants/students: How long did you wait to hear back from them? How is the program overall? Is there any advice you'd like to give? Anyone remember or know what the first semester's schedule is like? Also, since I have completed my A.A, financial aid is saying that I have too many hours and need to submit an appeal form. Anyone else have to do this? Or, is there any scholarships that I can look into? Any advice would be a great deal of help!
I JUST RECEIVED MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER VIA E-MAIL FOR FALL 2016!! YAYYY!!! Anyone else get theirs too?! Ah, I've been waiting for this for years and now it is finally here. There's a bunch of things to get done in so little time!
Meydiaz, it says that orientation will be on July 15th and class begins the week of August 29th. So your cruise dates should be fine! :) I have a cruise already paid for in September for my daughter's birthday, that I may now lose the deposit on I had no idea I would get accepted for the following term, but I am definintely excited about it!! Let the sacrificing begin lol it will be worth it all in the end!

Yup! I'm currently in Nurisng 2 now. I got a regular stethescope for 25$ on Amazon. The professors told us not to spend much money on one and to get a litman after we graduate as nurses.

Thank you Kdomi! Just paid for my background check (holy crap it's expensive!) and I think I'm going to drop off the change of major form tomorrow. lol so much stuff to get done
