Hello everyone! I can’t seem to find a thread for FALL 2019 for Valencia college. So I decided to make one and see when others have put their applications in and all that good stuff.

Seminole is really far. Best bet may be Polk.

Someone a few years back got in with a 3.1 into Seminole but only after applying 5 times. Honestly I wouldn't wait, WGU accepts 2.5 and up. If your GPA is low either go WGU or go the private schools route. Time is money and in a blink of an eye you'll have waited several years. I wish I would've been smarter and went Kaiser or Rasmussen rather than waited years to get everything done for concurrent.

I see that you can study respiratory care with just a 2.0 then go into the accelerated track with a 2.5.
I got into the accelerated track with a 2.5 gpa and 70% on TEAs.
I had a friend get into the generic track with a 2.5 gpa as well. but its been almost 10 years and I see things have changed.
Hi, I’ve been keeping up with this tread for a while and I need help! I applied for traditional ASN at the end of February and received an email saying I’ve been waitlisted ? does anyone have an idea of when I’d probably get in? My gpa is 3.7 and I got above 80s on teas. I thought I applied early enough but I guess not. Any recommendations on what I should do now? ?

How come you didn’t apply for the concurrent program at UCF?
I would touch base with program advisors and see what’s going on. However Valencia is first come first serve

At the time UCF didn’t seem like the right track for me for personal reasons but now I’m definitely thinking about it. I think I’ll go meet with an advisor this week and hopefully figure everything out!
See it doesn't seem to be first come first serve because I applied about early mid-March and finally two days ago got an acceptance letter for this fall.
Nothing makes sense about their process. It's like the run everyone's names that meet the minimum requirements through a random generator and then that chooses the upcoming class for that semester.
