Hello! I couldn't find any threads about Valencia for fall 2015 so I thought I'd make one. I've applied to UCF for fall but I've also applied for Valencia and will be be applying for the concurrent program as well, come may. So I thought hey, I may end up in Valencia's generic ASN track or the concurrent with Valencia/UCF so I wanted to start this thread up to seek out anyone else in the same position. Hello fellow hopefuls, how are you? Anxious? Excited? Impatient?
I applied for the generic nursing program on April 28th and I got my acceptance letter on May 11th to start Fall 2015! i just wish the email would have given more details as to our next steps besides just orientation in July!
awesome, well they will give us all the details on the orientation, they will send you an email with a link to see the prices for everything we have to get done
I also got accepted for Fall! I have a few friends in the program and they said you can get some stuff done before hand. I just registered for the CPR/BLAS class there is one next Saturday the 6th at west campus. I also went ahead and got the all white shoes, stethoscope and a watch. I heard that you have to have your physician sign a bunch of papers for your physical so I am waiting on that till we get more info at orientation. oh and if you have financial aid you can use it to buy anything in the bookstore like labcoats and books. I'm so excited! Only 51 days left till orientation!
Congrats! Were you accepted into the generic program or the concurrent? Also what kind of watch do we need? I want to get a lot of things done before hand but I don't know anything that we need yet, orientation seems so far away.
