Valencia College Summer 2020

Hi everyone!

I wanted to start a thread for anyone who’s applying for the traditional nursing program at Valencia for the summer :)! That way we can give one another updates, or anyone with helpful tips who ALREADY got admitted for spring!

Hmm I’m not sure. I tried Sending an email to the health science application address before and they just Sent back an automatic reply.
maybe you can try to email who I think is the the actual program advisor. Her name is -----------------. She was the one who told me all of my transcripts weren’t at Valencia at the time I submitted my application, and stayed in contact With me throughout the whole process.

Yes! Just sent an email. Crossing my fingers ? I was so good about checking my email and then the corona virus just messed everything up. I’m so nervous

There’s still hope! N1 is still happening for resequencers this Summer so that opens up a lot of space. Fingers crossed for you!

Has anyone heard that nursing 1 for NEW students, not resequencers is happening for “some” Via Zoom. I’m checking g out the source directly but just wanted to know if any of you know about. Quite upsetting as I and I’m sure others have been waiting a year now....

Just a further update - it seems that 80 people were sent an email about this zoom class. This group is taking nursing 1. Anyone know more?

Yes. I just confirmed with a friend’s girlfriend. 80 people are taking Nursing 1!!! Via Zoom. I don’t know about you and others but just d like to know the criteria for the 80. And being Zoom - why even a limit of 80?

Iam confused .so classes are started for nursing accelerated track?

I have been checking my emails daily since this covid 19 started. I didn't receive any email about zoom. The only email I received that the nursing classes are postponed for fall 2020. Please give updates.

It is Nursing 1. I believe I was told the Traditional Track. I will confirm which Track but I do absolutely know it is Nursing 1.
