Valencia College Summer 2020

Hi everyone!

I wanted to start a thread for anyone who’s applying for the traditional nursing program at Valencia for the summer :)! That way we can give one another updates, or anyone with helpful tips who ALREADY got admitted for spring!

Hey guys,

I applied August 12th to Daytime West. I wanted to start in the Spring 2020 but I’m waitlisted. I Am hoping to start in the summer 2020. No one seems to know the method to the madness. Even the advisors no nothing. I wish they would tell us where we were on the list. My advisor told me today it is probably averaging a 2 semester wait.

Yea, it is weird. I applied in October for Summer of 2020 and got the email Im being considered so Im hoping to start by then if not Fall is ok. I just want an answer ugh!! *Impatience*

I know!!! I hope we all get accepted for summer though ? I know that less people apply for summer too... so ??

Last year they found out around March 5th or 6th. But earlier would be better :)

I’m anxiously checking the orientation and compliance page every two seconds to see if they change it to the Summer info. I wanna know the date of the orientation already! Even though I still haven’t gotten in lol

Hey! LOL me too on a DAILY. I'm just thinking that once they update that information that will mean admission letters will be coming out soon.
