Valencia College 2019 Orlando

Hello!

I have a question for any Valencia College students in Orlando, Florida. How many of you are currently waiting to be accepted into nursing school for 2019? I submitted my application in June 2018, got wait-listed before the Spring term started. I'm currently waiting to be accept for the Summer or Fall 2019 term. Please share the date you submitted your application, if you've been accepted or any news on the status of your application. Would love to share our experiences. THANKS!

Hopefully you get in for Valencia! I heard Seminole is very competitive to get into.

Yeaaaaap, probably next week. 3/8 is the last instructional day before Spring Break, so my guess is that they'll have to send out acceptances no later than next Friday. (Otherwise they would end up sending stuff out the same week as orientation, which I doubt would fly.)

Keep your chins up, y'all. It can't be any longer than it's been! ;)

Good morning,

I emailed them today and this was the answer: All applicants will receive correspondence regarding their application status within 6-8 weeks of the application deadline. The application deadline for Summer 2019 was January 15th. Please continue to monitor your Atlas account.

I emailed them too and that was their exact response too. How convienent of them. It’s been 7 weeks. Orientation is in 2 1/2.

I'm surprised because I received my email for spring 5 weeks ahead! They are too slow now!

They have a preset email they send to everyone lol same answer for all of us every time we email them!
