Anyone starting Valencia College Nursing program Spring 2014?

Yea it sucks that we just found out so we have to spend a lot of money all of a sudden. I totally feel you. I also did the payment plan. See you on Friday! Hopefully I'll have taken my drug test by then lol

Thank you so much! Don't lose hope! I applied back in January of 2012 and didn't hear back until March 2012. They are probably very busy with all the new changes. Good luck I hope you hear back soon! Make sure you check your Atlas email just in case you are missing something.

you're welcome! lol i am trying not to.. they are messing with my emotions!..haha... I applied at the end of July! and still nothing =( I check my atlas email all day everyday..lol.. And thanks! Keep me posted on how things go tomorrow and what they expect! =)

Hi,

I was also accepted into the Spring semester which I was originally supposed to start in Fall 2014. So it is very exciting to start early especially since I have already wait a little over a year to start.

I was reading your comments tvleon13 about not getting your acceptance letter yet. I remember I applied last year during the first week of August and I did not receive my acceptance until after Thanksgiving last year. So it took over three months. You should be getting your letter soon.

Anyways, I cant wait to meet some of you tomorrow at Orientation. :cat:

Just keep your head up tvleon13. It will come eventually. I know it's hard to wait. So excited to (possibly) meet you guys tomorrow. I feel like it's Christmas eve lol. I'm just so psyched to hear about everything we need and whatnot. :)

Thanks everyone...I actually got my letter a few hours ago!!! But it says for spring 2015. I was hoping for sooner. But at least I got my letter finally!!. Did any of you guys originally receive your first letter and was for the semester applied for and then a little while later get bumped up a semester? Or were you offered a seat in an earlier semester right off the back?. Just trying to see how things could work out!. Congrats again to all of you!. Have fun tomorrow ;)

When I applied last year it was supposed to be for Summer 2014 but when I got the acceptance letter it ended up being Fall 2014. Last week on Monday I got an email asking if I would possibly like a seat for Spring term. (That was the first email I had gotten from the nursing department since my acceptance letter. They do not really keep in contact with you.) So it took me a year to be asked if I would like to start earlier. But I think since you are for Spring 2015 I doubt you will have to wait that long to start. From what I heard they usually ask some students if they would be interested in starting two semesters early. So you never know you could start next summer or fall.
