I wanted to know if anyone could share their experience (current/previous) in the ABSN program. What are the course load and clinic hours like? Is working part-time feasible? How did students pay for housing and living costs while in school (loans, scholarships, family help, etc.) What would you have done differently going into the program as well during the program? What specialities did you get to experience in your clinical rotations? Do you have a residency lined up or job offers?
I just wanted to update you all- I emailed UW and they said they received a little over 500 apps this year, so definitely a lot more than previous years. Hope you all are doing well!

I waited eight months from the time I applied to the time I got accepted from the waitlist and it makes me sick thinking about it. Wow, 500 applications is a lot. Sometime in December! The website says "Successful applicants for the ABSN are notified in December and are expected to accept or decline admission no later than February 15."
Last year decisions came out Dec 14th. So sorry for the wait. I know it’s brutal!!
definitely getting antsy now that it is December! does anyone have an updated timeline? I know they typically say mid December but I wasn't sure if it was going to take longer since there were more applicants than normal this year.
