I've been listening to the recorded info session which says that it will be two parts. One part a scenario, and the other a math word problem. She did say that the math will be very very simple......that's about all I know.

Hope that helps! I am not worried too much about preparing, I mean they didn't give us time to prepare on purpose...if we are meant to get in we will! That's how I am thinking about it. :)

Oh, now I remember her mentioning that. I listened to those recorded sessions a few times, but never payed too much attention to the essay part because I didn't know if I would need to. I will go back and listen to them again.

A math word problem? were you guys listening to that on the website? Im trying to somehow prepare for this but I dont think you really can.

What did you guys think of the essay? There were tons of people, now we get to wait it out till April and see how we did.

Yeah, and that wait is going to be awful!!! I thought it went well, I didn't really like the scenarios they gave. I've heard some scenarios from past years and I think we had it a lot tougher. But I was still able to answer what they were really asking and tie in my health care experiences.

The math part was easy! If someone missed that I don't think they have a chance......what did you think, bina11?

Oh ya I totally agree I sat there for a moment looking at the questions thinking ummmm ya thats not what I expected. I chose scenario 2 and tried to cram in everything that I wanted in two pages. The math was great I thought it would be something tough but ya it was very very simple. So ya we will see how it goes.

There was definitely a lot to consider and I definitely felt a little bit rushed for time.

Anyway, I guess it's out of our control now. Hopefully, we'll receive good news in April.

Well I am sure everyone saw the admissions update on the UW SON website: decision letters will be sent out on April 5th!!!! Now I don't have to obsessively check my mail until then! :)

I know I saw saw the email in my inbox and thought OMG didn't they say it was in April and then saw that it was just an update. Two more weeks :yeah:excited and nervous. Good luck guys.
