UTSW Nurse Residency July 2023

Greetings!

I am creating this post for those planning on applying for the UTSW Nurse Residency Program that will start July 2023. Feel free to chat, connect, or ask questions. Good luck to everyone! 

Are there any other out-of-state people here planning on applying to UTSW? I wonder how many applications they get every cohort.

It took 2 weeks from application to getting an interview scheduled. Then the actual interview was another 2 weeks after that.

@kaitc Congratulations!! I thought the RN residency application was just for Williams P. Clements University hospital in Dallas? I didn't know there were other locations.

Applicstions were for main hospital and ambulatory locations around DFW area I think.

LOL, there is a UTSW ambulatory location in Frisco. I applied for Firsco ED as well, but mine is still "hiring manager review". How long did it take for you to get a interview email?

Hi everyone! I just got word that UTSW will be sending out emails between February 27 - March 3. Interviews will be scheduled for the following two weeks after that.
