UTMB UTHealh fall 2017

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct forum and I know I'm a wee bit early, but is there anyone out there near Houston getting ready to apply for fall 2017 in a couple of months ?? Where are you academically ? I have micro and Chem left for this fall and I'm applying right before deadlines ! I keep saying it's far away, but it keeps coming closer and closer !

Cool were in the same boat ! After summer I have micro and chem left for this fall....then applying before the end of December. I'm taking my last pre reqs at hcc ! I'm brand new to this area, so I don't know how well hcc is. :) which schools are you applying to ?

I'm at San Jac now and I'll be applying to UTHSC in Houston, UTMB in Galveston, and TWU in Houston. I've signed up for all the info seminars for all 3 schools and I'm so excited! The first one is at TWU this Friday and the other 2 are in mid May. It says they'll give you a tour of the campus after the seminar so I'm looking forward to that.

How funny those are my three schools too! I signed up for all the info sessions a few weeks ago too ! TWU is tomorrow 2-4 , Utmb is May 13 and UTHSC is April 16 at 6 I believe. Exciting ! Have you taken your teas or hesi yet ?

No I haven't yet. I'm taking chem this summer [emoji37] and I'll be studying and taking the teas v and hesi soon after. I'm going to the TWU seminar tomorrow too! I wonder how many other people will be there.

Wow tell me later how your chem class goes this summer! I'm taking it this fall and I'm already thinking about how hard it will be for me. It's not my best subject. I'm not sure , but I think there will be a good amount? When I registered it just gave my driving directions. Did it tell you which room ?

Strange, I know I registered because I remember seeing the "you have registered, print this page" but I never received an email. What did your email say other than the driving directions? Should I just register again just in case?

Hi everyone! I'll be applying for the Spring of 2017. This is the only forum I see talking about 2017 so sorry guys! I'm about to finish Micro in a couple days. My science grades are

Chem: A A&P1: B A&P 2: A

just waiting on micro. My overall GPA is a 3.3 I've only made 2 C's (English and psych. I took horrible teachers) freshman year. Sorta thinking of retaking them

Have you taken the Teas V? If so do you have any tips or insight? If not I'm looking to set up a group or at least find someone to study with for the teas v. By the way the 2017 summer start opens this August 1st. I called last week to confirm
