UTMB Summer 2020

Thought I would start a thread for UTMB Summer 2020 I am taking my TEAS tomorrow!

My GPA is a 3.5

TEAS 81.3

As long as you have a strong personal statement, I don’t see why you wouldn’t get in. Those are good stats.

I definitely don’t think it’ll get you put on the waitlist. As long as you have MOST of the prerequisites done (I believe it says 40 out of 60 credits). I think they just go by your current GPA/classes you applied with.

at this point I don't know honestly it is so competitive and I didn't have luck on the other two programs but well see I am still trying to be hopeful.

Right. Not having heard back yet is sort of a good thing, I would think? Because it looks as if they're still trying to make a decision on you or that they're still deliberating on your decision? I don't know. I don't know how the process works. For all I know, they could've made the decision awhile ago and just have the information stuffed somewhere until someone says to roll it out, haha.

Hey y’all! Still haven’t heard anything yet either, my application still says “complete”. I called Admissions on Wednesday and they said that we should be hearing back by Thanksgiving at the latest. So I guess now it’s just a waiting game.

The first wave of acceptance emails were sent on October 25. Although the mails came at a later time, they were dated from back in September. So it does seem like decisions were long before already.

I was accepted today from off the waitlist. Congratulations everyone! If you haven't been accepted yet, please be patient. Good things are to come.

TEAS was like an 87

I got an email and they sent an official letter in the mail.

I was also taken off the waitlist yesterday. It’s still pretty early so if you haven’t heard back don’t loose hope ?
