Hi future nurses! I didn't see a discussion board for the summer term of 2017, so I decided to make one myself(: Let's use this forum to discuss grades, TEAS, and the application process. This does include venting! We all know how anxiety kicks in when there's a bump in the road. Good luck to everyone that is applying!

I can't wait for the application period opens. Anyone that is re-applying, any tips?

So it's been 14 weeks since I submitted my application and I still haven't heard anything at all! Anyone else in the same boat? I'm going a little crazy.

Yes!! I am in the exact same boat! I applied to another school in the north texas area because I was so worried!!

Maybe not! It was for me for spring term, but they send out rejections with the interview requests. Not hearing anything just means they haven't finished reviewing us yet. There is still hope! I'm just getting frustrated that it's taking so long!

I applied to UT health also. Everyone in that thread is saying we should know in the next few weeks (the deadline was January 15th). It's crazy how different the process is

It really is driving me crazy lol. I just want to know already... so many mixed feeling not having heard anything yet! Like maybe there's hope and maybe not lol I'm happy to know I'm not the only one!

Hey y'all, congrats to those who have already been accepted and good luck to those who have had their interviews. As for me, I sent out my application on the 31st and my subapp about 8 days after. I still have not heard anything from UTMB. But seeing that some have been accepted and so many have had interviews I am beginning to feel discouraged.

Any news friends?! I am becoming so anxious over here not having heard anything at all.... I am constantly refreshing my email lol! I am currently in my last pre req which is Chemistry sooo that's at least consuming a lot of my brain power .
