UTMB Summer 2017

Hi future nurses! I didn't see a discussion board for the summer term of 2017, so I decided to make one myself(: Let's use this forum to discuss grades, TEAS, and the application process. This does include venting! We all know how anxiety kicks in when there's a bump in the road. Good luck to everyone that is applying!

I can't wait for the application period opens. Anyone that is re-applying, any tips?

Congrats to everyone who got in so far! I bet y'all are ecstatic and so relieved, I know I would be!! They must be sending out acceptances for those who were in the first wave of interviews.

November 7-- so within the first wave of interviews

Yes still waiting on an interview! I called about two weeks ago after they sent out the most recent round of interviews that ends on the 14th and they said to hold tight because they still will send some out. Just not sure if anyone has called them back since then and gotten more information.

Ok thanks I appreciate it! Honestly I'm not sure how many waves there are but from looking at past forums they still send out interviews pretty late into the game.

Yeah, they couldn't say much other than to look for updates up until late January/beginning February. So I guess we're alright for now.

My interview was on November 17th. So I think i was with the second wave of interviews.

I wonder when they are going to send out the next wave of acceptances? If they do it every 2 weeks, it won't be until after Christmas. Is anyone else as anxious as me?? :nailbiting:
