UTMB Summer 2021 Applicants

Hi all!

Haven't seen a thread for UTMB Summer 2021 applicants, so I figured I'd start here. I'm hoping to wrap up my application soon pending a TEAS retake to edge it just a little bit higher. I also need to fine-tune my resume and personal statement.

Hey guys!
I’ve been on the waitlist since October and still am. Is there anything I can do to better my chances of getting off that list?

Hi! I don't have any suggestions for you because you can't really modify your application, but some students who applied for Summer 2021 got the call for Spring 2021 after the application deadline, so at best you might be offered a seat one semester early!

Hi Everyone! I hope applications are going well. 

My name is Clay Sheppard and I'm a 3rd Semester (Almost 4th Semester) Class of Summer '21 at UTMB School of Nursing, I'm also a student ambassador at UTMB so I do the open houses sometimes.

Are the classes for nursing online? As well as the white coat ceremony and all that?

Classes are online as of now, and white coat ceremony is tbd still. Did you get off the waitlist? :)

I get off the wait list..have too many questions...on housing, clinicals, online or in person class
