Hi all!

Haven't seen a thread for UTMB Summer 2021 applicants, so I figured I'd start here. I'm hoping to wrap up my application soon pending a TEAS retake to edge it just a little bit higher. I also need to fine-tune my resume and personal statement.

Am also planning to.. what r your stats? Any idea what TEAS and GPA score make application competitive?

They told me 3.3 GPA and above 75 read are competitive. I haven't taken my TEAS yet (take it Aug 10) . My overall GPA is 3.3 but my science and pre-req is 3.5. hopping to get high 80s or 90s on TEAS. I've also heard that the Summer application is the easier one to get into. Fingers crossed! What are your stats?

My TEAS is 83.3 overall and my CGPA is 3.14 and science GPA is 3.27. Hope for the best!!

I've heard they weigh the personal statements heavily so that is def on my mind right now as well.

Hi everyone, did y’all get a request via email to complete and submit a supplemental application for UTMB? I got it today after turning in the NursingCAS application a few days ago. I’m applying to a few more nursing schools and I didn’t receive an application like this to fill out for any other school. I’m just a little confused and wondering why they want all that information that’s in the application.

Is there anyway to check if our transcripts received by them? Thanks for your response, Chrissy!

I believe that Nursing CAS verifies those and then you do the supplemental app after that. That's my understanding ?
