UTMB Summer 2021 Applicants

Hi all!

Haven't seen a thread for UTMB Summer 2021 applicants, so I figured I'd start here. I'm hoping to wrap up my application soon pending a TEAS retake to edge it just a little bit higher. I also need to fine-tune my resume and personal statement.

Since I've used Nursingcas for another nursing program, so the status is still the same. We must submit everything before the deadline, correct? even though we already submitted the supplemental app?

I understand that you submit to UTMB through Nursing CAS, two weeks after the deadline 8/15/2020, utmb will request a supplemental application. You will then get an invite and login to a MyStar acct where you can check your application status. ?

Hey guys!

I applied for Summer 2021 too! Here are my stats:

4.0 cumulative and science GPA, 89.3 on my TEAS and I'm a CNA and EMT

I've submitted my supplemental application and I've set up my MySTAR account, so now I'm just waiting for any new updates I guess ?

yes this is standard for utmb, they use a supp. app.

What does the supp. app. entail? I will be submitting on Saturday after I take my TEAS

The supplemental application was about the socioeconomic status.

hey guys. I put in my app for utmb Summer semester, and sent my transcripts. However on nursingcas it says it has not arrived. Is anyone else having that same issue? My current institution emailed me that utmb has received it though.

@Kamran I guess we’ll find out any time between late October to late November. Possibly earlier as well
