UTMB Spring 2018

Hello everyone! I plan on applying to UTMB for Spring 2018 entry and can't find a post on it, so I decided to make one! I am taking my TEAS end of April. I already have a degree from the University of Houston in Health Communication and minor in Nutrition. I am finishing my last two prerequisites (A&P2, Microbiology) right now at a community college. Anyone else looking to apply? Deadline is coming up next month, so I thought it would be awesome to get a group thread going! Would love to hear from others applying!

I will also apply to TWU by the end of this month and UTHSC once the applications are open.

I've put all my eggs in one basket and have only applied to UTMB it's one of the only schools besides UTHSC that has an accelerated program and also that provides a level 1 trauma center which is where i see myself after nursing school, so if it all works out i would get a job at utmb :)

I have an update...Today marked 12 weeks from my supplemental application submission so I called about my application. I spoke with the admissions department and they haven't even started looking at applications yet. I was told spring applicants shouldn't expect to hear anything until mid to late July.

I started my UTHSC app in late May now I'm hoping I didn't do the wrong one...

I thought the Pacesetter BSN Spring 2018 applications open in July. I just checked the application status and it says they are open now. The deadline is September.

Hi Andreah923. Nope, not a peep. There is an earlier post from alkrn that says we wouldn't start hearing anything until mid to late July.

I called yesterday and they also said mid to late july.
